New Construction
Completion Inspection
Having an Inspection at Completion / Handover on your newly built home will ensure you are getting the quality you have paid for.
It is a requirement under the home building act 1989 that warranty be provided for the works completed. A detailed Warranty Period Defects report on major defects within 6 years OR within 2 years from practical completion for other defects not major.
Pool & Spa Compliance Certificate
As a Registered private certifier for swimming pools, we can undertake Swimming pool inspections and issue Compliance Certificates as legislated in accordance with the Swimming Pools Act 1992.
There are current legislations in place that make it a legal requirement for a swimming pool or spa have the compliance certification up to date when selling or leasing a property.
